We cast Polyurethane by two process
- Manual Hand Cast Process (Conventional Method)
- Automatic Machine Cast
In Manual Hand Cast we have achieved top quality workman ship and we have developed top most skilled team to achieve better quality and production fulfilling all technical criteria’s.
In Automatic Machine Cast (Dispensing unit) We have top class Baule make 2 Component Polyurethane cast machine.
We formulate resins include TDI ethers and esters, MDI ethers and esters, FDA grades. With these resins, we can manufacture durometers from 20 shore A to 80 shore D.
All our formulations can be produced in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. If you require a resin that we do not carry in-house, we can order it and manufacture your products.
Analysing your application and design we choose material formulation for your product.
In Polyurethane Ether and Ester both formulations have there own properties .
Mostly Ethers are used where hydrolysis resistance property is required and where as Esters play a vital role in Dynamic properties as compared to Ether.

Our fully equipped manufacturing facility includes a versatile range of processing machinery, which allows us to work on unique, one-of-a-kind projects, as well as high volume components. Our in-house mold making shop allows us to produce your custom production orders fast.

We even provide services to our customers for repairs on site also.
We have the capability to bond our polyurethane to metal and many other substrates. If you have rollers or wheels that need to be recovered, we can strip off the old material and recover them with the polyurethane formulation that best fits the application.
That is a cost-saving for many customers, especially when the cores or inserts are intricate or costly.
