In Automatic Machine Cast (Dispensing unit) We have top class Baule make 2 Component Polyurethane cast machine.

We formulate resins include TDI ethers and esters, MDI ethers and esters, FDA grades. With these resins, we can manufacture durometers from 20 shore A to 80 shore D .

All our formulations can be produced in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. If you require a resin that we do not carry in-house, we can order it and manufacture your products.

In Polyurethane Ether and Ester both formulations have there own properties .
Mostly Ethers are used where hydrolysis resistance property is required and where as Esters play a vital role in Dynamic properties as compared to Ether.
